1. Upon confirmation there will be a ''Group chat opened with our company Team''. 2. 2D Will be drafter after measurement. ( Estimated 3 Working Days depends on complexity.)3. Upon confirmation, From fabrication to installation of carpentry. It will takes approximately 18-21 working days. (Does not apply for complexity designs or full house carpentry)4. After completion of work. Clients are advised to stay within the group chat as there is warranty of 3 years workmanship. Defects or issues can be sounded inside the group whenever needed and our team will be there to assist on your needs/issue/questions/problem.

-All residential unit must be able to access via carpark to lift landing without the need to carry over of more than 3 steps of stairs. Area of installation must be clear of debris or blockage for installation works.
-Installation of accessories are chargeable if required. Quote on site during measurement. (If any)

***Access to unit via lift landing without the need to carry over steps to access to the block or additional charges will apply.
*** Laminates are in length of 1200mm by 2400mm. Height exceeding off the size will result in joint line of the laminations.
