How it works?

2. 2D Will be drafter after measurement. ( Estimated 3-5 Working Days depends on complexity.)
3. Upon confirmation, From fabrication to installation of carpentry. It will takes approximately 18-28 working days. (Does not apply for complexity designs or full house carpentry)
4. Warranty - 3 Years of workmanship for all carpentry works. (Material and labour cost are covered) Transportation are chargeable capped at $80.00 per trip.
5. Loose door or door sinking are not consider as defects and can be re-adjusted. Laminated bloated, Hinges malfunctioning, Drawer soft close malfuction and Hydraulic malfunction are under as defects. __________________________________________________________________________________________________
-All residential unit must be able to access via carpark to lift landing without the need to carry over of more than 3 steps of stairs.
Area of installation must be clear of debris or blockage for installation works.
-Installation of accessories are chargeable if required.
Quote on site during measurement. (If any)
(HDB Standard Height or max height of 2600mm not exceeding)
***Access to unit via lift landing without the need to carry over steps to access to the block or additional charges will apply.
*** Laminates are in length of 1200mm by 2400mm. Height exceeding off the size will result in joint line of the laminations.
